EXPERIENCE WITH AIU
My study with AIU was the second programme I have undertaken through distance learning after taking another course with Ashworth University College.
The organization of the course has actually encouraged me with my studies and am now looking forward to take my masters degree with the same college. The course programme where the student prepares his/her own curriculum was very interesting. One chooses the courses which are relevant to his/her own area of specialization and in so doing the student musters whatever he/she studies. This area gave me a lot of encouragement.
Another area of interest is the online presentation which makes one have the feel of a classroom situation. This was very good and highly appreciated. The advisor response was very prompt and whatever query which was presented was replied very fast and satisfactorily. The results of the assignments were also replied very fast and I was able to move to next stage with out delay. I managed to complete my programme than expected.
The fee payment was another area which made me very comfortable with the programme as I was able to make the payments by installments. This makes the programme affordable and convenient to those who do not have large sums of money to invest in their studies especially adult learners who have dependants to look after.
In general I found the programme very convenient and students oriented and wish to urge all those who have not got the opportunity to further their studies to join the college.
