After searching for an online University that will enable me complete my bachelor degree in an electrical field, I came across AIU. AIU promised a self-paced duration of program and differently and most importantly a curriculum design formulated by a learner. I quickly enrolled and was on the move to my degree.At first, I struggled for a bit to come up with my Curriculum Design (CD). I did not know what courses to add and particularly how to add them to my CD. Eventually, I started to flow with the rhythm and added even more than enough. In my CD I made sure I chose what was necessary to my program of study, taking into consideration the credits I transferred from my previous undergraduate programWriting the Essays was a challenge. After writing a few of them, I managed to come up with a strategy and was sometimes writing even 2 of them in a month. This gave me invaluable knowledge in experiential training and added to my management skills at work.AIU generally, gives one an opportunity to have a simple and interactive workable program of study. Its members of stuff provide guidance to learners in and understanding way. Despite difference in time zones, this selfless stuff tries all their best to reply to email correspondence in time. Particularly my tutor ( Cyndy) has been so supportive to my program. I receive clear and comprehensive direction about my program. She even texts me on my whatspp line for ease communication of instructions that may be urgent.The most amazing experience I have enjoyed is the way the virtual graduation has been arranged. Instructions have been clearly given. Examples of the videos needed to be uploaded; pictures and how to upload them. This shows how the experienced AIU has been in this online platform.
