Life can be a twist and turns of events but none the less ever since I joined AIU, my life has been full of wonders. From childhood and through my education I have longed to become a Doctor; and what a dream come true! I have enjoyed totally every bit of my academic life and interactions with all the AIU fraternity and I thank them greatly for ensuring my dreams come true. I have always known that I have the potential in all respects of becoming at least a Doctor but no University in my native country or even in Africa could make me realize my dreams.
To succeed at AIU, the student must be proactive enough, a self starter and must take ownership of their studies from the beginning, right up to the end. This may require the student to read volumes of data and books from the AIU rich library and many other sites on addition to various interactive studies through the internet. Success will not come in a day, but only hard work will guarantee academic excellence. For me, I committed at least eight (8) hours of work daily, with much love, perseverance and self sacrifice and indeed, no wonder before; I could make my first anniversary of my academic study, my Doctorate was complete. Of course with a lot of experience drawn from various positions of work, I have held in different Ministries like Education and Health played wonders in my studies. This course stimulated and helped me develop into ranks of citizens in a poor developing Country committed to building fundamental changes not only in my country but in the world destiny.
Special thanks specifically go to my Advisors especially Dr. Lancara, and my tutors for helping in the nurturing and transformation of my career not only into a better public health professional but also into a multifaceted person; with a paradigm shift on issues and theories of significance in a modern world.
