Experience Letter
I completed my study in PHD program of “Human Resources Management”. I found AIU’s program very progressive and interesting. I felt freely with the time of study and I had flexible program to do my study in any time. Choosing to enroll in AIU is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I decided that I wanted something better for myself; I chose AIU because of the success stories I had heard from other students, plus AIU allows the student to select courses and the facilities of studying. I was also truly impressed with the curriculum, and I found a topic of study that suited my personal interests. At the time, there was no other location area that offered any programs similar to the ones I was able to study at AIU.
The skills I have developed, and the hands-on training I received, are invaluable assets to anyone interested in this career path. The instructors are well-versed in the foundational areas of the HR filed, and I was able to research and specialize in the skills I wanted to attain; not just the classes required in the course register. I also found the flexibility of learning experience to work well with my work schedule. All of these factors contributed to my success at AIU, and will continue to do so as I move forward in my career.
My AIU experience was the best I could have asked for. I would recommend AIU to any one who wishes to embark on academic studies. I wish to thank Mrs. Junko Shimizu in admission office and my academic advisor Dr. Nilani Ljunggren De Silva; they have provided ongoing assistance to me throughout my study in the PhD program. Finally, I wish the AIU all the best for the future.
