O Mestrado em Agricultura, Alimentação e Recursos fornece aos estudantes as ferramentas teóricas e práticas para desenvolver as competências profissionais necessárias para melhorar a produção e a conservação de alimentos.
Os diplomados deste mestrado terão a capacidade de desenvolver novos produtos, sistemas de controlo e garantia de qualidade na indústria alimentar, adquirindo conhecimentos químicos, nutricionais, toxicológicos e funcionais das matérias-primas e dos alimentos.
O nosso programa não exige que todos os alunos frequentem os mesmos cursos ou utilizem os mesmos livros e outros materiais de aprendizagem que os outros. Se é uma pessoa orientada para um objetivo que quer elevar a sua vida e dar um contributo sólido para o mundo, então este programa é ideal para si.
