School of Social and Human Studies
The Bachelor’s degree program in Library Technology aims to contribute in the context of globalization towards a true information society, in which new knowledge is generated, becoming co-responsible for the construction of the knowledge society. By processing data into information and this into knowledge, it is responsible for the management of key inputs for personal and social development, as they currently become a new resource within organizations that cohabit with other tangible resources, but information is the strategic resource that stands out in prominence over the rest.
Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student. If you are a purpose-driven individual who wants to elevate their life and make a solid contribution to the world, then this program is for you.
