School of Social and Human Studies
The Associate degree program in Early Childhood Education aims to teach the permanent and transformative social process. In addition, its ultimate goal is the full realization of the child in early childhood through the development of intelligence, creativity, scientific and technological interest, physical-emotional development and the practice of productive work in the classroom.
The evidence provided by research from the fields of Psychology, Nutrition and Neurosciences, indicates that the first years of life are decisive in the formation of intelligence, personality and social behaviors, therefore, this profession has acquired a growing social, family and political importance, due to the benefits it offers to children.
Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student. If you are a purpose-driven individual who wants to elevate their life and make a solid contribution to the world, then this program is for you.
