School of Science and Engineering
The objective of the Associate program in Agriculture, Food and Resources is to train qualified professionals to conduct research aimed at improving the production and preservation of food. Also, the development of new products; to coordinate or develop quality control and assurance systems in the food industry by acquiring chemical, nutritional, toxicological and functional knowledge of raw materials and food, as well as the modifications they present due to storage or processing, and the ability to make decisions that allow for continuous improvement and the development of products with total quality.
Our program does not require every student to study the same subjects and use the same books and other learning materials as every other student. If you are a purpose-driven individual who wants to elevate their life and make a solid contribution to the world, then this program is for you.
