Congratulations to Doctor of Philosophy graduate Roger Nyam for his participation in the International Conference on Women Leadership and Empowerment in Thailand.  Dr. Nyam was hand selected by the Tomorrow People Organization for his Leadership in Education Innovation and had the honor of presenting at an International Conference where over 25 countries were represented- attended by University professors- researchers- NGOs and other officials. Roger’s presentation was titled- “Narrowing the Gender Gap in Cameroon Public Administration: A Study of Municipal Councils in the North West Region of Cameroon.”

Women Leadership and Empowerment Conference 2016 provided a comprehensive and interactive program in which participants cultivate their cross- cultural- and communication skills while shining light on the different educational systems- the importance of education and the many ways to develop- improve and implement new ideas.

Roger completed a Doctorate program in Public Policy and Administration at AIU.
