Dr. Claudia Nacif M.- a graduate of the Doctoral program in Business Administration with a Major in Finance- CUM LAUDE- recently published an extraordinary book titled:

“Corporate Finance and the Stock Market: Between Theory and the Approach to the Bolivian Financial System Structure”.

This book constituted as a fundamental part of the academic content of her Doctorate program at AIU.

“The Bolivian financial market has a precarious development- lack of dynamism and sophistication- due to the lack of knowledge and information among individual economic agents on the opportunities and challenges to channel their savings into investment alternatives”- it is the hypothesis that sustains the book Corporate Finance and Stock Market: Between Theory and the Approach to the Bolivian Financial System Structure that Dr. Claudia Nacif Muckled submitted on Friday May 31^st  at the Main Auditorium of Block “G” of the University campus.

Dr. Claudia Nacif Muckled- Vice Chancellor of the National Financial Administration of the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”– explained that her main motivation for writing this book lies in the need to have a national approach to express- using simple and clear language- the theory of corporate finance and the stock market and is designed to integrate the state of art with the experiences and realities in which Bolivian financial system operates.

The objective of the book Corporate Finance and Stock Market: Between Theory and the Approach to the Bolivian Financial System Structure- is to provide a working tool to contribute to the teaching-learning process in Bolivian universities of undergraduate and graduate students in the area of ​​Economical Science and Finance- she added.

Claudia Nacif Muckled has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San
Pablo ” is Master of Corporate Finance of the Masters for the Development of the U.C.B. With
a scholarship of excellence she developed the executive course on “FIPED” on Microfinance in the University of Harvard in 2002. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with
a Major in Finance and graduated with Cum Laude honors in Atlantic International University. Since February 2009 she serves as the Vice Chancellor of the National Financial Administration in the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”.
