Integral Culture at AIU

Integral culture based on the person, is one that includes all the existing components in the individual, in their relationships, and in the environment in which they move. For example, in society our culture tells us we need to greet someone, ask who they are, say ‘bless you’ when they sneeze, we want the same to happen in AIU with the following ideas:

Andragogy

the ability of the human being to learn autonomously, self-monitoring, self-motivating, self-evolving in the infinite abundance of health, money, love and joy.

Unique and Unrepeatable

be aware that no interaction we have will be repeated in the same way. That each person is different in how he thinks, how he acts, how he learns and how he is. It is up to us to constantly evolve with the awareness that we are never the same because we are always changing both individually and collectively.

Gamification and Ludification

our ability as human beings to play and have fun in every moment of our lives. Knowing that the only real thing is our constant change, being aware of this gives us satisfaction and motivation to continue playing. For example, making everything a competition, something that excites us and our students or prospects to advance to the next phase, achieve more credits, make more payments and become Alumni. Always challenging our prospects, our students and ourselves.

our philosophy because they are hierarchically above the constitutions, laws and customs of all countries. Their respect and implementation leads us to the optimum potential. Based on the 30 articles approved by the United Nations and its member countries. Rights that we need our students to know, help them to be respected and exercised in their communities

Exponential Growth

is when taking advantage of technology doubles, triples, quadruples, etc, etc what we are, what we do, what we know, what we want in each of our areas: person, family, social, work, professional, economic, spiritual … As humans we are used to having a linear progress, slow but steady because it is more cautious. The idea with the exponential growth is to lose that fear and grow faster as companies that adapt to exponential growth have with access to 50 million users. For example, phones took 75 years to complete them, cars 62 years, electricity 46 years, credit cards 28 years, television 22 years, ATMs 18 years, computers 14 years, cell phones 12 years, internet 7 years, Facebook 4 years, WeChat 1 year, PokemonGo 19 days.

Artificial Intelligence

the discipline responsible for building processes AND EVALUATING THEM ITERATIVELY, which when executed produce actions or results that maximize a measure of performance; WITH IT man comes to have the idea of a superior being and wonders how his thinking would work.

a shared database that works as a book for registration, WHICH GIVES A GREATER CERTITUDE; FOR EXAMPLE buy-sell operations or any other transaction. It is the technological basis of the operation of bitcoin AND INTERNET COINS.
