He recently submitted his thesis defense- which was graded with an outstanding. His thesis was entitled: “INFLUENCE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ON ECONOMIC GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN NIGERIA”.

ABSTRACT:
The use of information and communication technologies in Nigeria plays an important role in poverty reduction by creating new sources of income and new jobs- but also by reducing the cost of access to health and education services for the poor. The application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is vital for the socioeconomic development of an economy- especially in developing countries. Therefore- this study investigated the influence of information technology on economic growth and development in Nigeria.
