The doctoral program in Nutrition Science helps students to develop the skill set necessary to fill positions in food production schemes and work in quality assurance, product development, microbiology and chemical analysis, as well as in roles within consulting laboratories, government organizations and regulatory agencies. Each AIU distance learning program is designed according to the professional and personal needs of the student, with the guidance of a university tutor.
