The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Diversity program’s main objective is for students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical tools to develop professionally in areas such as business ethics, team building, organizational behavior, creative thinking, organizational psychology, negotiation or conflict resolution, and business policy and strategy.
Students completing this program will acquire fundamental leadership concepts applicable in outcome, non-profit, service or manufacturing environments.
